Pyropel® HD High Density

Through a proprietary compression molding process, Pyropel® HD plastic is manufactured to the quality and performance of far more expensive polyimides. The result is a material with virtually the same performance characteristics at a fraction of the cost.

Typical Uses / Industry

Pyropel HD is used in applications requiring high temperature resistance but also superior electrical, chemical and mechanical properties. Primary uses are in semiconductor manufacturing, welding equipment, energy products, plastics manufacturing and analytical equipment.

Custom Finishing and Fabricating

Pyropel HD stock shapes are available in 12” x 12” plates and 12” long bar. Pyropel, Inc. can also turn key finished machine parts to customer drawings.
